Health and Safety precautions regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19.
For current updates, please monitor our website and Facebook.
All policy questions, comments, and concerns should be directed to
the Greensboro Ice House General Manager, Chuck Burch, at email@example.com.
Per the governors orders, vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask at the Ice House. We highly recommend that people that haven’t received a vaccine wear a mask. We encourage anyone to continue wearing a mask if you so choose. We will be reviewing state guidelines, and making policy changes as needed. Please bear with us as we work through this. Thank you for your support.
Check-in / Health Screenings
The Greensboro Ice House will no longer conduct temperature checks or health screenings at check-in.
Skaters must still check in at the front desk prior to their sessions.
The Greensboro Ice House will allow all spectators into the facility to observe skate sessions.
This includes all games, hockey practices, Open Hockey sessions, private ice reservations, Public Skate, etc. Spectators are expected to comply with all current Ice House policies and procedures.

- We are doing more frequent deep cleaning and sanitizing of high-traffic and high-touch areas.
- We’ve ensured soap is available in all restrooms and placed hand sanitizer throughout the rink.
- We’ve posted Centers for Disease Control signage regarding proper hand washing and personal hygiene in various locations in the rink.

Please visit the Ice Hub for session calendars and registration options.
We highly recommend all skaters participating in any Greensboro Ice House program (Open Hockey, Freestyle, Learn to Skate, Public Skating, and Adult Noon Skate) to pre-register using the Ice Hub.
All pre-registration must be done through the Greensboro Ice Hub.
Walk-on admission is available, at a higher rate.
Skaters can enter the facility up to 25 minutes before most events. Programs may vary, please check your program-specific page, and monitor your email for updates from your program director.
Individuals not following the CDC-recommended social distancing guidelines will be asked to move away from other patrons. We ask that all patrons make the safest, most informed decisions possible for themselves and other guests.
The Inside Edge ProShop is open whenever the building is open! Please allow time for a staff member to accompany you to the Pro Shop and assist you in your purchase.
For gear fittings, skate purchases, and longer visits, please email Matt Gilmore to schedule an appointment. This will also ensure that we will have a Pro Shop attendant available to help you.
