Mask Mandate

MASK POLICY- 1/13/21

As of January 13th, 2022, at 6:30pm, the Greensboro Ice House requires ALL individuals to wear a face covering/mask when entering the facility, and in locker rooms and common areas.

This policy is in accordance with Guilford County’s Board of Health mask mandate ruling, adopted 1/13/22. View the full county mandate at for details and mandate exceptions.

Check-In/Health Screenings

The Greensboro Ice House will not conduct temperature checks or health screenings.

Skaters must still check in at the Front Desk prior to their sessions.

Spectator Policy

The Greensboro Ice House will allow all spectators into the facility to observe skate sessions.

Spectators are expected to comply with all current Ice House policies and procedures.

For the health and safety of all of our patrons, and to stay in compliance with state and federal COVID-19 guidelines, The Greensboro Ice House has implemented new sanitization measures.

  • We’ve added more cleaning staff to clean and sanitize various surfaces throughout the rink.
  • We are doing more frequent deep cleaning and sanitizing of high-traffic and  high-touch areas.
  • We’ve ensured soap is available in all restrooms and placed hand sanitizer throughout the rink.
  • We’ve posted Centers for Disease Control signage regarding proper hand washing and personal hygiene in various locations in the rink.

Please review the Returning to the Rinks guide published by U.S. Ice Rinks Association, U.S. Figure Skating, and USA Hockey.
