We’re excited to announce The Greensboro Ice Hub is now available and open for registration!!!
Our new online Ice Hub will allow skaters to create an account and easily register for ice time, purchase stickers and register for programs, all in one place.
In the last several months, the Greensboro Ice House has made many strides towards being more accessible to our customers, especially in the face of a global pandemic. We are proud of our accomplishments, and will continue to improve all of our processes as we progress.
The Greensboro Ice Hub is constantly growing and expanding. We hope to add new features, programs, and improvements in the coming weeks, months, and years.
Thank you all of the support you’ve given the Greensboro Ice House team. We hope you are as excited as us about the introduction of the Greensboro Ice Hub!
The Greensboro Ice Hub is an online portal for ice House customers. Skaters will be able to create accounts, manage existing accounts, and register for ice sessions and programs.
At this time, we are requiring all skaters participating in any Greensboro Ice House program (Open Hockey, Freestyle, Learn to Skate, Public Skating, Adult Noon) to pre-register.
The Ice Hub greatly simplifies the registration and sticker purchase process for our skaters.
Yes, you can! Pickup sessions require one Open Hockey Sticker placed down at check-in for admission, and can be registered for through the Hub just like other sessions.
Pickup sessions are still restricted to skaters that are 16+. Please have your ID ready to present to the check-in attendant when you arrive.
The Sticker system is still in effect. Stickers can be purchased through the Ice Hub under the “Sticker Purchase” tab.
Stick and Puck Stickers are now named Open Hockey Stickers, as they can also be used for Pickup sessions.
If you already have Stick and Puck stickers, these are applicable to both Stick and Puck and Pickup sessions.
These are the same stickers, are priced the same, and can be used the same way- the name is just changing due to use.
Freestyle ice time registration will arrive on the Ice Hub soon!
For now, Freestyle skaters should register for ice time and purchase stickers using the pre-existing system on the Ice House website. Email Skate Director Nicole with questions about Freestyle registration.
Thank you for your patience as we make this transition!
We have not announced a resumption date for our Public Skate Sessions as of right now.
Please monitor our website and Facebook for our future announcement about Public Skate.
As of right now (11/12/20), protocols are remaining relatively the same. Please visit our Session Protocol page for information about specific sessions or programs.
We have compiled a brief Ice Hub User Guide. Click the button at the top of this page to access it.
This User Guide will also continue to expand to answer more questions and explain more features in detail.
The Guide features desktop computer solutions at this time, and will later be updated to include instructions for mobile users.
At this time, you cannot apply your Ice House gift card balance to your online purchases. We hope to integrate this feature into the Hub in the future.
You are still able to use your gift card for physical purchases in the Inside Edge Pro Shop, or purchases made at the counter.
If you would like to utilize your gift card for registration, please email our admin team at email@example.com for more information and/or further instructions.
You can use your VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX gift card, enter your information just like any regular credit/debit card.
If you cannot attend a session you have signed up for, please email our Admin Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not enforce a no-show fee, but please be considerate of other skaters, as they cannot register for sessions that are full.
We hope to update the Ice Hub with new features and programs soon. Please keep an eye on our website and Facebook for further announcements!
