Mask Mandate

MASK POLICY- 2/18/22

As of February 18th, 2022, face masks/coverings are no longer required to enter our facility. For health and safety reasons, the Greensboro Ice House recommends that guests continue to wear masks in common areas.

Check-In/Health Screenings

The Greensboro Ice House will not conduct temperature checks or health screenings.

Skaters must still check in at the Front Desk prior to their sessions.

Spectator Policy

The Greensboro Ice House will allow all spectators into the facility to observe skate sessions.

Spectators are expected to comply with all current Ice House policies and procedures.

For the health and safety of all of our patrons, and to stay in compliance with state and federal COVID-19 guidelines, The Greensboro Ice House has implemented new sanitization measures.

  • We’ve added more cleaning staff to clean and sanitize various surfaces throughout the rink.
  • We are doing more frequent deep cleaning and sanitizing of high-traffic and  high-touch areas.
  • We’ve ensured soap is available in all restrooms and placed hand sanitizer throughout the rink.
  • We’ve posted Centers for Disease Control signage regarding proper hand washing and personal hygiene in various locations in the rink.

Please review the Returning to the Rinks guide published by U.S. Ice Rinks Association, U.S. Figure Skating, and USA Hockey.
