We require one sticker to be placed down for every 60 minute session on the ice. Each sticker is valued at $15, and stickers are bought in sets of 5. Click the blue button to purchase stickers. (Sticker form will open in new window.)

You must purchase Adult Noon Skate stickers by 2:00 pm Thursday of the week prior.

Registration, Late registration, and Stickers:

Skaters registering for the week of 8/10 – 8/16 will not be subject to any penalty. You may register using the form above and purchase stickers as usual.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the Admin team at gsoicehouse@gmail.com with questions, and thank you for your continued patience as we remain focused on the health of our skating community.

Instead of the previous waitlist system, skaters can simply join sessions during the current week using the same registration system. Sessions will not be locked when the Pre-registration window closes, to allow for skaters to fill empty slots. Skaters will not be able to purchase stickers for the current week, so any skater signing up late must already have purchased stickers before the Pre-registration deadline. Skaters will not be able to register for sessions that are already full.

Register for sessions as normal (using form above). Skaters must already have stickers purchased for the current week. Stickers must be purchased by the Pre-Registration deadline listed above (2pm Thursday of the week prior to the desired session).

If you register after the pre-registration deadline, you will not be on the roster. Upon arriving for their session, all skaters who registered late must have a sticker ready to place down at check-in, and must show a copy of the confirmation email listing the session they are attending.

Please note: We are still requiring reservations for sessions a week in advance, through the system, in order to ensure we stay within the cap AND to streamline the check-in process.  We are much more efficient at the check-in desk when we have an accurate roster of who is skating each day. Please do your part and reserve ice time each week for the next week so the check-in process is as seamless as possible.

To cancel a session, email the Admin team at gsoicehouse@gmail.com, so we can remove you from the roster.

Please make sure to cancel any reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel reservations within 24 hours of a reservation will require the $10 Adult Noon Skate No Show fee for each session missed. The only exception to less than 24 hours’ notice is for cancellation due to COVID-like illness. In the event of COVID-like illness, please still email the Admin Team so we can remove you from the roster.

Our Admin Team is working to resolve any previous problems with sticker purchases as we transition to the current system. If you are unsure of the the status of your sticker purchase, email our Admin Team at gsoicehouse@gmail.com.

Pre-purchased stickers are available for pickup at the check-in table. When arriving for your next session, please ask the check-in attendant to provide them.

Our system sends an automatic email to skaters when you hit submit. This email will list the sessions you have registered for.

If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder, as well as your “Promotions” tab if you are using Gmail.

If you still do not see an email, you have most likely not finished registering. Please email our Admin team at gsoicehouse@gmail.com.

Sessions that are full are not displayed on the registration form. If a slot opens, it will be listed on the form again, but there is no guarantee of a slot opening.

If you are registered for a session already, or have one skater registered and need to register a second, and do not see the slot, there are no slots left. If you are concerned about it’s cancellation, please email the admin team at gsoicehouse@gmail.com.

The Admin team will reach out to all skaters registered for a session in the event that it is cancelled. Make sure that the email you enter during registration is accurate, as it is where you will receive your confirmation and any updates we release.

Check-in, Health Screenings, and Rink Policies:

Pre-registered skaters should have a pre-purchased sticker ready to place down at the check-in table. They may also pick up any stickers purchased by the Pre-registration deadline (2pm Thursday of the week prior).

If skaters registered late (after the Pre-Registration deadline- 2pm Thursday of the week prior), they will still need to lay down a sticker, as well as show a copy of their confirmation email listing the session date/time. This can be a digital copy on a mobile device, a printout, etc.

Stick & Puck skaters, who are able to dress themselves, will be permitted to enter the building (wearing a face covering and following the temperature check and health screening) 15 minutes prior to the start of a Stick & Puck session and may utilize the designated locker rooms. Stick & Puck skaters may remove their face covering once in the locker room and must adhere to the designated social distancing markers in each locker room.

Stick & Puck skaters, who are not able to dress themselves, should arrive at the rink as fully dressed as possible. Upon arrival, these skaters should check-in (wearing their face covering over mouth and nose) for their health screening and temperature check. Once checked-in, these skaters should return to their vehicle to finish dressing and to put on skates. Skaters may wish to bring a foldable chair to help facilitate lacing skates. Please make sure to have skate guards as the pathway from your vehicle to the rink entrance is cement.

We highly encourage skaters to come fully dressed. This will allow skaters to enter, step onto the ice for their session, and leave immediately after their session.

We understand the difficulty of arriving completely dressed in outer gear, and do our best to accommodate that within reason. Skaters should, at the very least, arrive to sessions already dressed in their undergear.  If skaters need to put the rest of their outer gear on when they arrive, and they can dress themselves, they may enter the locker rooms 15 minutes before the session begins to finish getting dressed.

Skaters will enter the rink through the front door entrance from check-in, and will enter the ice from the door just past the large, wooden welcome desk at precisely the start of the Adult Noon Skate session.

All skaters must wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose for their health screening and temperature check.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Once skaters have completed their health screening, they may either step back outside to finish dressing out and wear their helmet. They may enter the building immediately after their health screening if it is 5 minutes before the session starts.

Inside the building, face masks must remain on unless on the ice, or entering/exiting the ice. Skaters are not required to wear a mask to skate.

T-shirts pulled up over face are not considered appropriate face coverings.

Helmets do not qualify as face masks/coverings. Skaters must wear an appropriate face mask/covering for their health screening and temperature check. This covering should cover the skater’s mouth and nose without needing to be held up. T-shirts/clothing pulled up and held over the nose/mouth are not acceptable face masks/coverings.

Once screened and inside the building, skaters may wear their usual helmets in place of a face mask.
